Dave and Mia Richards are the co-owners of Apple Realty & Auction. They specialize in residential real estate and property management, working with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Dave and Mia met in 1992 while working at Sears Tele-catalog Center in Gray, TN . They were married in 1993 and currently reside in Bristol, TN with their pugs.
About Mia
Mia is a REALTOR™ and the Principal Broker, licensed in both TN & VA. She is also a TN Auctioneer Apprentice.
Mia grew up in Bristol, TN. She graduated from ETSU with a BA in Mass Communications (TV and Radio) and a minor in Photography, completing her TV news internship at the local NBC affiliate (WCYB TV5) in Bristol VA. She is also a former Miss Johnson City, going on to compete in the Miss Tennessee scholarship pageant. She enjoys reading, watching horror movies, and listening to talk radio.
About Dave
Dave is a REALTOR™, Licensed in TN and is also a TN Auctioneer Apprentice. He has an eclectic professional background including: computer technician/web designer, music store manager (Musik Alley), private guitar instructor, sound engineer, as well as serving as a TN youth service officer.
Dave grew up in the Chinquapin Grove area of Bluff City, TN. He enjoys reading, playing guitar and the occasional game of "Call of Duty".
